Over 7,000 Zhejiang enterprises to participate in Canton Fair

The 138th China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, will open on Oct 15 in Guangzhou, Guangdong province. Zhejiang province will field one of the largest delegations in its history.

More than 7,000 enterprises from Zhejiang are set to exhibit at the event, occupying nearly 16,000 booths — accounting for over one-fifth of all export exhibition booths nationwide and marking a new record.

The Zhejiang trading delegation alone will feature about 4,600 enterprises and over 9,400 booths, with 744 companies participating for the first time compared with the previous session.

The fair, which will run until Nov 4 in three phases, will host more than 32,000 exhibitors and 74,600 booths in total.
