A "Peach King" competition was held on July 10 at the agricultural service center in Zhangqi town, Cixi, a county-level city in Ningbo.
Nineteen dedicated peach farmers vied for the crown, each presenting their meticulously selected peaches for evaluation. Judges scrutinized the entries based on a range of criteria, including fruit shape, color, weight, sweetness, and more.
In a thrilling climax, a peach weighing 438 grams, cultivated in the orchard managed by Ye Tingda, emerged victorious, claiming the prestigious title of "Peach King".
